We charge $25/mo per pet & allow two pets with some vicious breed restrictions. 1st person you want to talk to is your insurance agent so they can tell you which breeds will be a problem with your home owners insurance.

There are no prepayment penalties and no restrictions on what you can do with the proceeds of the 401k loan.

HOA had no restrictions when I bought, which is one reason why I bought on Tierra Verde, but HOA is now in process of passing 30-day minimum for the community (it has passed vote, will be enacted in April).  

Depending on the property and zoning restrictions, that could work; do your due diligence before putting it under contract.

All a single family house is going to do for you at this point is create a huge financial obligation and possibly restrict your mobility.

There are certainly some county restrictions on MH transport into/out of jurisdictions. 

And many other times, I've had to fight that even though a supposed "comp" might fall within the mileage restriction, it was outside of the immediate neighborhood and not at all a comp.

I am looking for the property to meet the 1% rule and to achieve a 10-12% cash on cash return (I don't believe this is overly restrictive).
