I've had the outside concrete-parged, replaced a screen door after a bad storm, fixed 4 broken windows (they would SLAM shut if opened).

This building is steps away from downtown Willoughby which is the area of Willoughby everyone wants to be due to the emergence of restaurants/coffee shops - it has become THE trendy downtown area in this 4-5 city area.I will reach out to some commercial agents and see what they have to say. 

The area is looking to appreciate with new bars/restaurants/roads/etc. 

A waiter at a particular restaurant might have easy access to information and relationships that I don't.

Expect closing delays when hurricanes are in the forecast, along with ports shutting down, schools and courts closing, evacuations, etc. 

Partly to change the furnace filter and stuff like that (show him where the water shut-off is to the outside faucet so the pipes don’t freeze over winter) but also make sure he hasn’t done any unauthorized work on the condo.

I think the duplex is in a good area, easily accessible to trains, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
