Let’s all relax.  

Should I turn this weird hallway space that connected the 2 units into a large closet, or should I turn it into 2 half baths.

Based on my limited interactions with the tenants and seeing their living spaces multiple times I feel confident in two of the three tenants.

As mentioned, while the Corona Virus is the primary news with a lot of unknowns around it, service sector workers will be effected, but I think it will bounce back once people are free to leave their houses, and actually booming for a few weeks after lockdowns are relaxed.  

Per my city, I put into the lease that there is no living space in the basement (beds) and no subleasing the basement (I'm strict on no subleasing).

The duplexes in the area are more purpose-built and often have more space than the apartment-style units many think of.

Tenants complain about rats chewing wire on the car parked at parking space, i own only one unit in 48 townhouse complex m I responsible for the damage?
