I know they have to but what fl. statue or other evidence can i reference to support this claim?

I tried to run some numbers as you can see in the image below.

By correctly I reference being done legally, fully with closing and recording, and with correct screening and collateralization. 

The credit score meets our criteria 640 or greater, good landlord reference, and income of 3x's the rental rate?   

They'll submit the listing and pictures in the MLS and then refer all the inquiries to you.

@Jeffrey Davis I don't recall the exact podcast you're referring to, but it may have been @Brandon Hall's The Real Estate CPA .com, he has been a guest on the podcast a couple of times and his website fits the description.
