and the reward if you can do it is equity.

I can tell you its a very rewarding career that has taught me that real estate, no matter the form, will be involved in the rest of my life. 

Its just not rewarding anymore plus I want to provide for my Autistic daughterIt seems really hard or near impossible to get into real estate if you don’t make a lot of money i.e. teachers like me.  

As you know in investing, the higher the risk the higher the reward.

It’s too good to be true and no lender with half a brain would do that at 5% the risk/reward doesn’t even line up.

More risk, more work more reward, all assuming.

make sure you do research but make sure you apply it too, no point in doing the work to not gain the reward

If there were incentives, breaks, credibility, and other items that reward sustainable real estate investments, we would transform our world into a healthy, happy, prosperous ecosystem that thrives.
