It also rules out some pretty nice areas that happen to be located on the edge of zip codes that would otherwise be C areas.I guess my general point is that zip code level analysis can be interesting, but isn't terribly effective for picking the best neighborhoods to invest in, or at least not here in San Antonio.

Then I don't think I'd allow customers in to be able to look through the items, I think they would have you pick them up, or drop it off, and have them sign that it was dropped off, taking lots of pictures of the items for records, and then simply returning the items to the person when they need them again...perhaps the next semester.

If not, tell the tenants they can take a tiny slice from the wall (paint only) and if they take it to one of the big box stores, it can be matched so they can pick up a sample to do the touch up.
