I'm currently where you were at the time of your post, and would greatly appreciate if you don't mind sharing yours with me. 

As the title says, I am new to real estate.

It’s listed for sale on all the home sites(Trulia, har, Zillow etc) If anyone has time to go take a look at it and based off what you see in the pictures and give me thoughts and what they think something like that could be built for.

I have been able to find companies that will cover real estate portfolios on one policy in other markets but no luck in the Florida market.

My next question is a simple one: through circumstance, we will almost certainly have real estate holdings in two states (Georgia and likely Pennsylvania).
