I would love to go ahead and buy one, but am wondering what people who buy in that area think of current prices.

The recent surge in home prices has also pushed out many lower income families who can no longer purchase “starter homes.”Many of the affordable housing problems stem from the cost of construction, zoning restrictions, and local legislation.

Add steel wool and wood glue and push them into small gaps.  

This pushed us to look for different alternatives, and learned about REI.

Go ahead and do it be a local connector, invite real estate attorneys, Insurance agents, contractors etc.

What techniques have you all used to get a head start on a property?

I have a follow up question as I have 3 young children of my own and I am always looking ahead... would it not be possible for the parents (investors) to just simply do the 1031 on their own to simplify taxes.
