HelloI recently have a rental property with tenants for over 8years.

I figure for the first year, this property would gross at least $50k-60k annually.

👋  So excited to announce that I have just closed on my first Property, a Triplex in Pittsburgh, Pa.  

I have an ADU on my property and we have been performing well. 

Having two open loans for the property is not ideal as that's double closing costs but maybe that is a fairly normal strategy?

My property manager had someone inspect the issue, and they initially said the AC unit was the problem.

I reached agreement with a seller to buy their 12 unit building at a very good price, but the property is located in an area where I'm required to have windstorm insurance because it's location close to the Gulf.

The final bid price varied depending on the property.
