What's going on everyone,What does it take to originate and record a loan in California from an LLC?

On the other side of the coin if you keep good maintenance records and you can show a pattern of plugging up the sink you can bill them if you had educated before hand.

You don’t read the OP, you just spit out the same sentiment on every thread that we all have heard so many times from you guys like a broken record. 

I follow a wholesaler/flipper/creative finance guy on Instagram who shares tons of information about how he does what he does, videos, recordings of his conversations with sellers, you name it.

It has taken 8 years to remove a fraudulently recorded deed of reconveyance and some serious legal work. 

In fact, I can't think of any other advisor I've ever met.And make sure to check their FINRA record on Broker Check...It's suprising how many people go around calling themselves financial advisors without even registering with FINRA...
