I'll try not to do too much advertising or self-promotion in this thread, but to summarize, we're not currently focused on search and offer/are building other tools for landlords (listing syndication, credit screening, online applications/leases/payments).

Network with other successful investors there and get referrals.

Then pass referrals back to them on the homes you sell and were rehabbed.

I knew I should of promoted a class here in Denver more on Bigger Pockets.

I was raised in a household where both parents worked 9-5 gigs and never promoted the entrepreneur lifestyle, although my dads family were business owners he never tried to adapt.

This is not from any referral from someone you already have some rapport with.How do we pull these mysterious people "out of the woodwork" and get them to "Show Me The Money, Jerry!"

It was sort of like the Blair Witch Project - lots of hype through advertising and promotion that it is the scariest movie ever.......everyone went in with an expectation and it was pretty disappointing.

I believe that you get what you put into the world and therefore I am always about positivity and find solutions.I am also on the look out for private money referrals to help fund possible deals.

They will serve primarily as referral centers for the big ACO in the cities where patients will receive their advanced care (if their perceived needs overcome the ever-increasing rationing hurdles).
