You should be able to get approved for up to 80% LTV on a rental at a lower interest rate than the 22% on your credit cards and you get to keep your original loan at your original rate, so the cashflow doesnt change. then its just shifting debt. keep the 0% for as long as you can, pay off the 22%, then shift the 0% to the heloc just before the promotional period runs out.
