I am also prescreening people on the phone much more closely, to make sure that individual showings are productive.

If anything, a recession will push more loans into default and make more product available.

But as noted by several others there are much better products out there.

hmmm... had I submitted that offer I could have been in big trouble for misrepresentation.This is not the first case I’ve had, just the most glaring...PS oh, and having the letter also indicates what kinda of loan product you are using and if any concessions are planned.

@Ryan McKimm,You make very valid points, even if it is a bit off-topic.If you read any of my posts, you will see how I stress the importance of only pursuing strong deals. 

The lesson in all of this - "the customer is always right, unless it is productive for them to be wrong".Obviously tenants aren't customers, and they don't leave reviews that can kill your future business.

I understand you are coming from a valid place, but to the seller it likely won't be viewed that way and you are only afraid of losing your job, not actually unemployed.

The predict the future product, but still apply past data to determine the value.  

Aside from the temporary shut down for hospitality type workers, Trade Shows are closed, manufacturing is on hold, products cant get sold etc. 

How are you scheduling your days, in order to be healthy, safe, and productive?
