What about a security alarm system.I would tell them OK but if they really want them they will foot the bill.

How do you know if your tenants are paying the water bill on time when you own multiple properties?

Yes, the CREDIT immediately becomes available as you pay off a HELOC, allowing you to reuse it, but you’re going to waste a couple hundred dollars per month on interest payments as well, reducing your income’s buying power.

@Ozzy Sirimsi  @Tim Youse @Joseph Abad Appreciate the tip about # of tenants in Towson, looking at the zoning laws : "After the effective date of Bill No. 124-93, a new boarding- or rooming house is not permitted next to an existing boarding- or rooming house unless permitted after a public hearing pursuant to Section 408.B."

I know its not always fun but I do not think it is fair for you to be footing the bill either.
