I honestly get a sense that your just not capable of comprehension of the concept of self-accountability and responsibility. 

I would like to buy a house and be able to rent it out to my teammates and once I graduate just alway have baseball players live in the house.

@Matt Maluchnik  you answered your own question .. you went into a small local commercial bank.. that's all they probably do.. and many won't loan on SFR as investments regardless unless your a premier client well established and known to them.. at least here in Oregon that's the case buy and hold you need to go to the national banks that are using federal guildelines and selling the paper or some of the other players at Jerry knows...

If you can’t find a professional in the market you’re looking in capable of putting deals in front of you, that match your criteria, then you probably have unrealistic criteria or need to look at other markets.

I have a list of questions that I have put together form books, forums, podcasts, etc for 3 key players on any team.
