There is a lot to learn from physically being at your project.

The next best option is a direct deposit into their bank account, by going into a physical bank branch location

I haven't physically looked at it yet but those are the current numbers I have

Quality and security are both major concerns, and there's plenty of negative experiences shared by my colleagues who tried this route.Anything that does not require physical contact can be outsourced, including offshore. 

Unless their was a problem with that particular unit such as the appliances didn't work or other physical problems that should have been corrected you can't just have buyers remorse.

Hi @Sara Hopson, we're not physically based in NC, but we do lend to the NC area.

I am really torn between choosing a traditional brick and mortar broker and eXp because I am not sure I’ll get the same in-person training at eXp that I would at a physical brokerage (being completely new to the world of Real Estate, I would love to learn the most that I can and build connections as I go).

Im not used to all this physical work ..lol..I do got to say though, I am starting to feel good and not so sore everyday .. anyway maybe I'll be able to make it to a meeting or two down that way this month also .. hope to see you at one or two .. good luck and God Speed, Michael Short
