My phone blows up all day long with "deals" that are not "deals" at all.There are two ways to find deals 1.

I use that example since I just PAID a $750K wholesale fee last year to an investor who put in the reps, and had a smoking self storage deal under agreement for a steal... and I was HAPPY to wire them the funds.

Last option would be to just figure it out on your own and using all the free resources out there and make the mistakes and learn from them.
