I have a suspicion that this is going to become a lot more common as people are taking credit cards for payments. 

But it's tougher for STRs now, so anyone wanting their piece of the pie needs to bring their A game. so a few things. 4 of your 5 hero pictures are of your kitchen, you might want to mix it up there. you have some patio furniture, but that's it for your backyard. put in something for people to envision with that backyard?

I have seen many people burned AFTER they buy a property, because they assume.

There are a lot of these coming about now due to people having such a low interest rate.

Do any of you have suggestions on the best avenues to find people interested in such projects abroad?

A lot of people don't account for all of their expenses and think something will cash flow that actually doesn't.

Real estate is the long game, if you invest in 3-5 years besides the last 5-7 years you typically will not have significant equity gains, but when the govt pumps 6T into the economy that is why pricing went up and people made money, not because people became savvy investors.

It is a group of about 20-40 people and we have a time of networking and a speaker.  

@Mark Graham IIYou could sell the property or refinanceWhere people make the mistake is think they can overpay because they are seller financing and have negative equity in the property - so when they are cash strapped or need to sell they cannot because they are underwater

My guess is the buyers' realtors aren't checking if their people are preapproved.
