I feel that this set up is an extremely common and I am surprised insures won't fully cover the detached unit.

The construction draw process for many private lenders is faster than with banks, because they are set up to finance real estate investors/fix and flippers such as yourself.

One is supposed to call me tomorrow and discuss, but did not set up a time.

It seems all my software backend is already setup to include booking.com so it'd be pretty easy to integrate.

The current setup is similar but much worse.
