There are a lot of services online that will do it for $10-$40. 

We have had 2 long term rentals. 1 when we were in our early 20’s and got hurt a little during the 2008 down turn and sold it.

I keep seeing posts about HB 24-1098 which severely restricts a landlords ability to evict non paying tenants or restricting folks on rental assistance from the government.  

The owners are heavily invested in rental property and understand the challenges.

@Yashar Fred I have had several Section 8 tenants in my San Antonio rentals (SAHA, HABC) and my experience is that while bad tenants exist, being Section 8 does not make them inherently bad.  

As a property owner, managing rental properties comes with its challenges and responsibilities.
