The wholesaling market is very saturated in every market of at least 50k pop, so you have to work hard to make good money.

I would be inclined to work with them on this as long as it was a short visit.

I would recommend working with a commercial mortgage broker that is very familiar with each bank's overlays.

There are groups on meet up that are working on changing the regulations around this, city codes.
