Hi everyone - Looking to pick your brain on what your combination of software that you use is for your real estate business, or if you could recommend any for me.Here is what I'd like to be able to do:- Import transactions from my bank to categorize- Create and view project specific budgets, and be able to see if my project is on track throughout the project as I categorize transactions- View a P&L statement at the end of the project- Ideally be able to categorize transactions from my mobile device on the goNice to have but not important:- Managing a project (deliverables, deadlines, dates, etc.)- Invoicing a client for upgrades Up until now, I've been operating from Excel, but we're growing to the point where manually entering transactions and categorizing is becoming very tedious.I tried setting up Wave, and while I'm able to live with some of the limitations it has (i.e. subaccounts), I haven't figured out how I can assign budgets to the expense accounts so that I can track progress.  

Everyone said electronic so I asked them to pull it up on their phone to show their payment history.

Aug 23 electric company comes and puts 3 day note on door of squatter while squatter is hiding insideAug 24 DTE informs us that the bill for this cabin hasn't been paid for a long time, bills are often sent back "return to sender", over $1,100 is owed, gas will be turned off soonAug 26 electric company comes and removes meter, we haven't seen squatter since Monday night, we knock expecting an empty unit, 14 year old daughter is inside, no electric, no water, no gas, phone battery low, and the house is the worse garbage pit I've ever seen - 5 full size black bags of kitchen waste sitting near door, goat path from room to room, dirty clothes piled everywhere. not hoarder situation, just super dirty situation.

You can either have a mobile notary come to you to accommodate a signing, and then the notary will mail back docs to the title company. 

The window units seem to do fine in cooling down the place but the lack of HVAC may simply be a reflection of the neighborhood.I've got friends who rent out two mobile homes in a neighborhood not too far from mine. 

This mobile home seems to need a lot of repairs.
