Commercial interests consist of historic "main street" type buildings.

I used a HomeStyle renovation loan so it would be easy to keep as a rental but my main concern is having enough capital to fund the next project (hence why i originally wanted to flip). 

I have been doing alot of research on wholesale properties, so that's mainly what I'm looking for, when it comes to R.E. .

Main concern with these areas though (and definitely something like Cleveland), is that I want to be able to travel to my property with ease should the need arise. 

Not sure I could get myself to install it in a main room.

Our main concern is continuing to be compliant and being proactive versus reactive.

The main problem is a new roof that I am currently getting bids on. 

And what are your main concerns and I guess what should my main concerns be when looking into a property.

I work as a Property Damage Appraiser, mainly writing automotive currently but in the process of getting trained to write damage claims on houses.
