Flipping burgers and having tons of student debt in training for a field you can't get hired in !

Training my brain to analyze the numbers a different way.

We rehabbed and sold 6 houses that year.2012 I took 1 of those trained guys and started the second crew, we rehabbed and sold 12 houses.2013 Took another trained guy and started a third crew, also just hired the best Lowes pro guy to run another crew, subbing out most of the work.

We each hold r.e. licenses and my partner is a long-time broker, trained in appraisal.

The thing is, most people don't know how to use YouTube or go out their and do research on a specific topic so they end up spend thousands on training.

Guess it would depend on how well you trained your staff too.Personalities will be very important.I'm in a recreational area, (Branson Missouri) which is rather seasonal, that doesn't mean you won't need management and maintenance through out the year, so a strict commission based compensation might be hard to do.

Would you train some newbie wholesaler, show them your best methods and tricks for FREE, so they could compete with you from now on?

You will learn more here than in any seminar, class, or training session that I know of.

At this particular time I'm not able to pay for ten appraisals and title searches if the sellers were to accept my offers.......I figure if I can get a couple flips I could then afford to get the training!

Hey Jon,Yes you are correct that it is somewhat over personalized with my wifes taste so we probably only get 8% of buyers that it somewhat appeals to.No smell of dogs they are trained and house is always clean.
