I remember hearing on a podcast this summer (was listening in on a friends on a car trip so I don't know which one to go back and find it...) about someone who used Online banks.

Through reading the suggested books, Listening to podcasts, and engaging in the community here, I have chosen my “focus” in real estate... rental properties!

Hello all - I've been reading the BP forums & books, listening to the podcasts and watching YouTube videos on REI for the past few months now and decided that 2020 will be the year that I stop being nervous and take action!

Also what can you reccomend i listen to so I have a better understanding of how do to this?

Hi My name is Mario and I have been a long-time listener to BP and new to the Forums.

Listening to many Bigger Pocket podcasts and had to do it.

I have been in the education phase for the past few months and have spent my time listening to the BP podcast, researching various topics, and reading.

At the same time, we hope to get started in real estate investing.After listening to various BP podcasts and doing some research, it seems like our most viable option is to house hack a multifamily (duplex/triplex).

Currently listening to Brandon's book. 

I'd recommend reading or listening to The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller (free on YouTube).
