This breaks down to $0.02 per foot.Tenant A is the only backyard user, so he is charged $100 ($0.02 x 5,000).

If so, is there a chance they will come wanting to buy yours and are they paying a premium for the properties? 

Makes the cashflow difficult at times, but so far I am making it work.I'd say, if you can still make it work there, keep doing it until it doesn't.

@Jose AlonsooWhen there is a lien on a property the title company must pay off all other debts tied to the property… so they will not distribute those monies to you.  

Building a place isn't the same as managing a place, but I am not an expert on this so best to check with a pro.

Tenant also claims they lost the key so I quoted her to change the locks because I will not pay for the locks if they lost key.

That has been on my mind lately.If it is related to note investing, my question is, people complain about lack of inventory, but when inventory comes out, we rarely see people bidding on assets - so are people actually investing?
