Over the last 18 months, we refi'd 2 of our properties, cut back on our own housing costs (for us, meant buying a condo versus continuing to rent near DC) and are saving $1000/month just with those moves.

I pay for garbage removal in my water bill, in which I asked about garbage when the water was cut on, and I was told that garbage removal was every Wednesday and recycling every other week.  

But be mindful that those things really cut down your tenant pool in low income/low education areas.The house looks great and it's going to be a better renting season soon!

These are things that often get overlooked and can really cut into your budget!

At the end of the call, it had me doubting whether I was really cut out for this, but I've decided I just need to develop a thicker skin.

I recommend they mail the same day--it cuts out one extra day in the process. 

The failure rate for real estate agents is astonishingly high, and many people who jump into the business simply aren't cut out for it. 

I'm wondering if there's anyway to cut some of the legal costs out?

So get a partner that can do this for you.. cut them in.. this is what I do in my work a day world for all my gals across the country seperates the wanna bes from the real players...
