When creating my LLC I was not allowed to use a PO Box and had to use my personal home address.

I find that it's very rare that a lender will actually close at this amount of leverage because they would typically be putting up a much larger amount of funds than the property would be worth at the time.Has anybody actually worked with a lender that did fund based off of the LTARV?

Me and my husband have a trust and so far we have put all our assets including homes under this trust.

Times 5-6 home games you are talking real numbers so long as you have decent occupancy other times of the year.
