and in Oregon our non english speaking hispanic labor force at Home Depot has unionized and they all ask for 15 to 20 an hour Inflation.. as a side note we deal with this in new construction when they buyer wants to change a light fixture they saw at HD for 50 bucks.. and you have to charge them 300 to change it they go nuts and cant understand why..

Union City is an easy commute to NYC and the Mayor (although controversial) has done a lot to improve the city like repaving sidewalks, adding trees and nicer street lights and adding parks, pools and sprinkler parks.

I think you're right, I already spend too much time teaching them basic things like lighting the pilot on the hot water tank@Bob Okenwa I don't think tenants are really missing out, they probably have never had a smart home and won't ever get to as long as they stay renters

That being said, can anyone shed a little light on the following: if one does not plan to buy property in their home state, is the formation of an LLC in that state necessary or is it simply better to form LLCs in whichever state you’re purchasing in as you begin to acquire properties?
