That is so people shopping rates don't get multiple hits on their credit report.

Unless the tank gets a leak it never ends up totally empty, so you'll need to dispose of it carefully and professionally, but otherwise there's nothing inside to cause environmental concern as far as leaking on the property.

As far as owner/non-owner occupied i’m not sure as to which i’d lean more toward.

For these reasons, I'm thinking it may hinder my overall goals, but don't want to completely rule out the possibility if folks out there have found success.As far as why I'm drawn to the career: flexible schedule, weird love for numbers, driving for dollars between jobs, general REI adjacency, daily variety of location, outdoor/indoor, relatively active (on my feet), potential for solid income after certification (especially on the commercial side).

My partner and I looking for a duplex to BRRRR and we are starting to look into direct mail on a few duplex communities since the MLS inventory is so low, but dont know how to draft the letter since it isn't to a live in home owner.
