Alliance Residential/Equity Residential/Fairfield/Graystar etc etc ... they train their maintenance for 5 day turnsPrivate equity ownership who owns their management company but has institutional product and institutional staff might train their maintenance for 3 day turns. 2 weeks is way too long for anything other than a major damage fix (i.e., resident tears out kitchen cabinets, etc).
