We do well with out picks, but we don't win them all!

Your damages are linted to lost rents and/or what is in the lease.But ask yourself the turnip question: Even if you win, and get an award for everything you believe you are due, can you collect? 

If you have excessive debt, and limited income, but a solid down, and your partner has no down, but low debt and higher income, it could be a win-win.

I see it as a win, win, win type situation.

Just looking at the top three "trending discussions" and trying to find something even more insipid to ask about.I'm Team Gundam all the way. Gundam's just a total bada**.

I Believe I will earn that amount or more with just my rental income by the end of 2025.Somebody's gotta win.

My issues are: (1) I believe in win/win deals but to get apartments (or houses) that pencil out for me, it seems significantly less that what people can get on the market (particularly in the greater Seattle area that I am located). (2) I am not a very outgoing person unless I am comfortable (e.g., people at work would be shocked to find out that I fear going to networking events, cold calling, etc.), however I get better the more confident that I am and my confidence comes from knowing what I am doing (I'm not a good BSer). 

But the top one's will really win it out big.
