These two had recently had central A/C installed, updated baths, kitchens, etc.....most of the things you'd do for a rehab.

@Stephanie Garcia As an FYI for the central heat and air I had put in on my rental ran me ~12k the unit was 1147 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath, this included all of the ductwork and install of everything.  

The asbestos duct wrap in another house has been sealed with paint and then we installed a chase box around it, so it too is not hazardous.

I have a "no pet" policy in all homes, except for one in which I installed ceramic tile throughout the home.
