On physical inspection all of the electrical panel had been stolen, all the wires cut out of the attic, water heater, and air conditioner as well.

hi  well im not here for the real state thing but instead im here to ask a question, two years ago i had a central air system installed in my house, i had te actual air machine and the evaporater cabinet replaced but not the ducts.
