Has anyone leased out parking spaces to self dispensing water & ice machine vendors.

Electronics of course, but also copper pipe, heater, water heater, etc.

I used Kansas Basement and Foundation who put up I beams on a cracked basement wall in a rental that was starting to lean inward and leak water.

With that being said there a many hot markets in and around the Philly area.

Hello Account Closed, I find that Miami Gardens, North Miami and North Miami Beach are hot markets right now for investments.

From my understanding, like most markets, Boise is hot and I'm constantly keeping an eye on housing prices.

As you undoubtedly know, it's a red-hot market in Seattle/Eastside, great for those who are into flipping, not so wonderful for the cash-flow folks.What are you looking for as far as contacts, advice, rants, jokes, or other bits of semi-solicited information?
