Later stage notes return principal faster, thus reducing the amount of your invested capital faster, but your yield remains constant. 

Since this is my first contract I want to know the best way to handle this while also helping the owner walk away with something to help her and her children move.

There are only 7 tenants there so I have my guys keeping up with the last couple weeks complaints to handle two small items.

Is it owning part of a real estate syndication earning a passive return on your money while an experienced operator handles all the day to day operations?

Bigger cities more aggressive on making higher assessments, then not reducing for investors like they might owner occupants. 

I’m ignoring closing costs in this post due to immateriality.In addition to the cashflow, about $100 of each mortgage payment went toward reducing my debt, and increasing my equity. 

If the latter, how is this typically handled with respect to escrow?
