I’d imagine the cost of fresh water and food will continue to increase in price and I’m wondering if the Great Lakes region might make an attractive diversification to our long-term portfolio.. the central location and access to fresh water should make it an attractive place to live but winters can be a bit unwelcoming. 

Today we are notified by the tenant living in the owner's unit that the food in the freezer has been spoiled as the handyman unplugged the unit.

However, I will continue charging market rates for my rentals and then using the profit to help the truly needy through food banks, crisis pregnancy centers, youth ministries, missions, impoverished schools and churches in other countries, missionaries, etc.

I have an incredible paying job, zero debt and zero expenses, medical, accommodation, food, transport and travel is all covered by my employer, so I'm very fortunate to be completely debt free.
