I could do some of these actions free on my own, although I will admit that it will be much more difficult if I decide to go at it without the mastermind.

All sorts of reasons to considered homes below that "Median" price point.Hope all of that makes sense but feel free to ask anything else.  

@Brian Cam When a person has a property within a trust this just gives them a type of protection from a legality standpoint; however, this is not the best protection in my eyes (this is just my thoughts, and information that I read). 

2, Do you have a source or information where I can find a lender who offers Exposure Limit Loans (hopefully for free)? 

You can edit the spreadsheet and make a notes column, which is a free way to keep track.
