I own one in Destin and another on Okaloosa Island (Fort Walton Beach).

I need to live on Long Island for about another 4 years (once my teens are old enough I am more than likely outta here). 

I am looking tonopen a sober house in the Long Island area.

I see many people set up giant fortresses to protect almost nothing, and then they can't handle managing the structure.The money should flow through the ownership structure according to your operational agreement and intra-company agreements. 

Properties on "the Hill" or with Island Rights are good in terms of occupancy and rental rates.

I'm from the Long Island area of NY I'm considering investing in the capital region of NY(Albany Troy Schnectady etc) for buy and hold.
