Is it calculated on the gross income inclusive of varying sales taxes which vary from different counties and cities?

I am almost an expert in RE taxes and self file. 

If it takes 12 months, we'll pay a little more in interest but save on taxes. 

The tax bill that just passed the House extends 100% bonus depreciation for another few years, retroactive to 2023.
