You would have to check on the laws governing your area to see if they are similar.You might also check with a Veteran's Service Organization (like Disabled American Veterans (DAV) or the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW)) to see if there is a possibility of appealing the decision that your brother's injury is not service-connected.

For an llc to legal operate in another state, and execute any legal documents or file any kind of actions, that llc must be “registered” in the state you want to do business in.....typically as a “foreign entity”.

We have to rely upon the process of authentication and yes, we will issue title insurance (absent red flags) and that insurance will cover problems with the execution of docs such as fraud or forgery.I get the foreign stuff but as a lender rule NUMBER one is don't let your Originial loan docs go to anyone but the closer.. or as you state a mobile notary who has insurance..
