Although the odds of something bad happening are slim.....stuff does happen.If you could find out who is in charge of this you could at least sign sort of agreement regarding liability....?

I'm looking to connect with the right real estate investor to help me find the right deal from beginning to end. 

Where I was from (large orgs) managers are pretty strict on what information they can provide for employment verification.

In most instances they aren't less costly but they do provide a solution for difficult installation challenges.

This can provide some relief.

Who is your competition and how will you provide a competitive advantage over them? 

Also,    I'm trying to find a list of good companies that need broker price opinions completed.

I do not want to look at any SFR or single door homes but can't seem to find a way to search by that criteria using any of the BP search functions.

Find a partner that lacks what you offer and create a win/win.
