Finally, At what point should I stop doing OT from job to build income?

Read the BP Ultimate Beginner's Guide, then read as many books, forum posts, blogs, podcasts etc. as you can.

I am currently reading through the FLIP book which I heard about here and has a lot of information, I am currently getting multiple bids on a number of items for my current project while they are doing title search. 

Also, I have loaded up my podcast app with BP and Flipping Junkie, bought a few books, and am glued to the BP forums for the time being.If any of you would like to meet for coffee to discuss REI, strategies, or business plans, please feel free to PM me.
