With just 17-20 attendees, you can really get to know each person's 'haves and wants' to see how you could collaborate, and the masterminds are so interactive, more like a discussion, so everyone feels comfortable asking questions and gets really thorough answers.

I do feel comfortable sitting in the same room as him so that should've been a dead giveaway.Developing takes schmoozing and baby kissing.

I feel a lot of young investors are possibly in my position.

I have enough money saved up to pay for a house using an FHA loan but I feel like I would be screwed if the house was damaged and I had to pay thousands out of pocket to fix it.

We had a tenant recently who wanted to be paid back per diem the remaining days of the month that they paid for and it was too "nitty gritty" for me since we don't rent anyway "per day" and it felt like they were trying to get every last bit of $$ out of us at the end so not a nice feeling.

Lay out a potential strategy, execute and see how you feel/review the data after a few months.
