The poster that wrote that you must have some sort of interest in the property is absolutely correct.It should be noted though, that if you are looking to get paid as a representative of the buyer, you will only be able to do so if you are a licensed agent (most states).Most of the groups that I know that actively sell properties that are NOT Realtors pull the properties down and do a double-close.The rough side to this is that you can lose your hard money down payment if you fail to find a buyer.The bright side though is $$$$.
