I know an excellent cross-border CPA out of Ottawa who I can happily recommend.

I added them to an excel doc, got the owners address of the county tax records and mailed out 45 handwritten letters on my first mailing, 65 handwritten letters on my second mailing and nearly 100 handwritten letters on my 3rd mailing.

I'm trying to fine tune this routine and try to narrow down what I feel i want to excel at..

It will eventually be excellent cash flow BUT I have some major concerns that I'd like to get opinions on from others with similar experiences.

I was obviously concerned because one of them had almost no income and no credit, however I rented to them anyways as their references were excellent and they didn't lie or try and cover up the fact that the guy wasn't working.

All the data comes in an excel sheet that you can then use in a mail merge -- makes direct mail SUPER easy.
