We are looking for handyman that's skilled in the areas of construction and know how to manage and be responsible for  area of drywall, painting, small plumbing, small electric, small roofing repairs and fixture installation.

Thats why I'm really enjoying this app because of pwople like you willing to help.

You can deduct tenant-caused damages from the security deposit, but you can't deduct wear and tear or stuff that just breaks.  

Problem we are having is that banks dont want to lend to an LLC without a personal guarantor but we don't want to have our names tied to it.

We are also assuming any junior liens were properly named/served in order for them to be wiped out.

We are providing pretty high end townhomes, and they immediately get damaged, leaving the tenants not feeling proud of the home they rented. 

So my cousin/partner and I are both Real Estate Agents here in Southern California and we are currently looking for our first house hack.

@Bob Floss II we are currently just looking for a full investment to rent out with a property manager.

My husband and I live in Placer County, but we are working on deals in Yuba/Sutter County as well.
