If that’s possible without depleting it or not giving you an emergency fund etc. then, if the DTI was your only issue, perhaps mom wouldn’t be needed.If you decide that having mom on there would be the way to go, as long as you don’t have a mother like mine, then go for it!

Hi Dinesh,At the end of February, The City of Jacksonville announced a $28.9 million grant from the federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program to help Duval County residents affected by the pandemic. $23.8 million will be for rental assistance and the remaining $5 million will be available to cover past due utilities.
