This guy left me depressed & I felt so bad taking his hard earned money for a few chickens so they can sell eggs to complement their meager incomes.

I researched and found out if I could possibly keep contributing $6,000.00 a year in my IRA in a good deWORSIFIED portfolio of small cap, Mid cap, Large cap, International, and Fixed instruments, then the financial planners said I could take 3.5-4% of my nest egg at 65 years old and not outlive my money. 

It wasn't our entire nest-egg, but the deal worked for us.

Combine those with diligent saving and making good investment choices (hard) can get you to a nest egg on the order of 10-20 times your peak annual earnings.  

When I had a few houses, I used one cell phone.

Today, I include the type of cell phone they own.

Look at countries that are much more homogeneous than ours they still find reasons to quibble, why because that's what these ideas of political parties do, you cannot expect to get anything done if you want it done "YOUR" way unless your a fidel castro, kim jun il or the likes.take your time to understand that the only constant is this world is change and without understanding that and thinking that we can keep things the way they were or bring back the good old days are a pipe dream.My only hope for anyone ruling any country or a group of people is that they educate the population; with education anything can be fixed, without education we have people screaming to burn books, latching on to words that have no meaning and again i ask you ladies and gentlemen who on here invests their money in their communities and not just their nest egg for later.
