The way the VA allows us to buy properties is a huge benefit and I'm surprised more vets don't utilize their benefit as effectively as they should.

My theory is that it may speed up overseas investment as investors there race to get ahead of further devaluations (and before they're swept up in 'anti-corruption' investigations which are mostly designed to weed out anti Xi Jinping factions).There is another hit to demand that also could originate in China; the slowdown in their economy and it's effect on raw materials producers (see http://www.visualcapitalist.com/china-consumes-min... for a good look at that).

As long as you understand the wholesaling process and are able to work effectively with sellers/buyers/title companies there aren't really any "rules or restrictions" specific to the state.

I went years with no diagnosis until I finally found a talented neurologist who correctly diagnosed it and sent me off to a psychiatrist for treatment.I got a cocktail of meds which kept the seizures at bay effectively and included sleeping pills.

You really need to meet with a good tax professional in your area,  transferring effective ownership to you could trigger gift tax plus their basis in the property would also transfer to you so I they owned it for a long time this could be a disastrous tax move.
